Parcel Services
Receiving:
We accept all incoming carriers and handling fees will apply. All incoming guest packages are processed and held for 30 days. To avoid delays, it is important to schedule the arrival of your package 3-7 days prior to the recipient needing the package. Once a package is processed onsite, we make all efforts to place a notification on the registered guest’s room. Packages held over 10 days will incur a $5 holding fee per day in addition to handling fees.
Shipping:
- We accept all FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon, and DHL packages, handling fees will apply.
- For outbound shipments, your shipment must be processed by 10:00 am Monday - Friday to leave that business day. Anything past the cutoff time will be shipped out the next business day.

Inbound/Outbound Processing Fees:
New York-New York Business Center charges a handling fee based on the weight of each package. Shipping/handling fees are subject to change:
- 0-1 lbs. -- $7.00
- 1-10 lbs. - $10.00
- 10-20 lbs. - $15.00
- 20-30 lbs. - $20.00
- 30-40 lbs. - $25.00
- 40-50 lbs. - $30.00
- 50-75 lbs. - $40.00
- 75-100 lbs. - $50.00
- 100-150 lbs. - $70.00
- Pallets & Crates* - $0.75 / lb. ($250.00 Minimum)

*A labor fee of $70.00 per hour will apply for breaking down pallets, building pallets, or excessive package handling/moving due to a customer’s request. The labor fee can be charged in 15 minute increments.
Additional Information
- Please include your Hotel Reservation number on all mailing labels of package shipments.
- All prices subject to change.
- Items held for more than 7 days may be assessed a storage fee.
- Shipments into and out of the NYNY Hotel are subject to receiving and/or handling fees in addition to the transportation charges incurred for shipping, regardless of the transportations carrier.
- In accordance with New York-New York’s policy, any unclaimed postal item(s) may be held up to thirty (30) days, after which such item(s) may be discarded.
- Receiving, delivery, handling, and/or storage fees are payable at the time of initial service.
- A labor fee of seventy dollars ($70.00) per hour will apply for breaking down pallets, building pallets, “Weekend” and/or “After-Hour” New York-New York Hotel postal trips , or excessive package handling/moving due to a customer’s request. The labor fee can be charged in fifteen (15) minutes.
*A processing fee will be required prior to unclaimed items returned to “Sender”
