  • Computer Terminal: $7 for every 7 minutes

  • Computer Printouts, Color: $3.00 per page

Additional Information

  • Please include your Hotel Reservation number on all mailing labels of package shipments.
  • All prices subject to change.
  • Items held for more than 7 days may be assessed a storage fee.
  • Shipments into and out of the NYNY Hotel are subject to receiving and/or handling fees in addition to the transportation charges incurred for shipping, regardless of the transportations carrier.
  • In accordance with New York New York’s policy, any unclaimed postal item(s) may be held up to thirty (30) days, after which such item(s) may be discarded.
  • Receiving, delivery, handling, and/or storage fees are payable at the time of initial service.
  • A labor fee of seventy dollars ($70.00) per hour will apply for breaking down pallets, building pallets, “Weekend” and/or “After-Hour” NYNY Hotel postal trips , or excessive package handling/moving due to a customer’s request.  The labor fee can be charged in fifteen (15) minutes.

*A processing fee will be required prior to unclaimed items returned to “Sender”

Self-Park - South Garage

Take the garage walkway over to the escalators. Head downstairs, and turn right. The Business Center is located between the Bell Desk and the doors to Valet.

Self-Park - North Garage

Take the parking garage hallway towards the Big Apple Coaster and Arcade. Pass Nathan’s on your left and take the escalator on the right down to the Casino Level. Once downstairs head straight towards the Bell Desk and continue straight. The Business Center is located between the Bell Desk and the doors to Valet.

Front Desk

If you are facing the Front Desk, go left towards the Bell Desk. The Business Center is located between the Bell Desk and the doors to Valet.
